In view of the settled legal position that order granting Deemed Conveyance doesn't conclude the issue of the title, Mr. Damania, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner after arguing the matter for some time seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate legal proceedings for establishing Petitioner's title to the structure in question i.e. bungalow.
