1) Learned Advocate for Petitioners submitted that, Petitioner Nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15, have settled their disputes and differences with the Respondent No.5 amicably and have executed Consent Terms dated 5th February 2025. The said Consent Terms are duly signed by the constituted attorney of Petitioner Nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 and on behalf of Respondent No.5, its Director/Authorized Signatory. Their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. In para No.15 of the said Consent Terms, it is stated that, the Petitioner Nos.2, 7, 9 1/2

dtg 8-Wp-1969-2024.doc and 14 are withdrawing the Petition unconditionally against the Respondent No.5, as the said Petitioners have settled their matter and do not intend to sign the Consent Terms pursuant to the letter received by them. The said statement is accepted. The said Consent Terms dated 5th February 2025, are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertakings given in the Consent Terms by both the parties are accepted as an undertakings given to this Court.

2) Petition is disposed off in terms of Consent Terms dated 5th February 2025.
