2024.11.26 10:03:43 +0530 ASHWINI GAJAKOSH 1) Advocate Ms. Shreya Mohapatra has circulated a praecipe dated 14th November, 2024, for recalling of adverse remarks made against her and Advocate Ms. Nawaz Dordi, in Order dated 12th November, 2024. 1.1) Mr. Mihir Desai, Senior Advocate appeared for the said two Advocates. The concerned Advocates are personally present in Court. 2) Mr. Desai submitted that concerned Advocates have realised their mistakes and the drastic consequences which may follow due to the observations made by this Court in the said Order. He therefore requested 1/2

apn 6-oswp-1969-2024.doc this Court to expunge the adverse observations and remarks made by us against the said Advocates including the directions issued to the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court Original Side, Bombay of this Court for getting information of said Advocates from the Bar Council. He submitted that in furtherance of said Order dated 12th November, 2024, Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa has in fact issued Notice dated 16th November, 2024 to the said Advocates calling upon them to attend the Hon'ble Member of the Bar Council on a particular date to participate in the enquiry. Mr. Desai tendered across the Bar Affidavits of Advocate Ms. Shreya Mohapatra and Ms. Nawaz Dordi dated 18th November, 2024, duly affirmed before a Notary Public.

2.2) The unconditional apology stated in paragraph no.4 thereof by the concerned Advocates is accepted.

2.3) The said Affidavits are taken on record and marked "X" and "X1" for identification. 3) In view of the unconditional apology tendered by the said Advocates and their undertakings mentioned in paragraph 4 thereof, we recall our order dated 12th November, 2024.

3) Stand over to 10th December, 2024.
