The present Writ Petition impugns an order dated 10th February 2022 passed by Respondent No.2 amending the area that was earlier subject matter of the order dated 31st October 2015, passed by Respondent No.2, in an application by the Respondent No.1 - Society, seeking deemed conveyance.

Mr. Sham Walve, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Respondent No.1 - Society states that after the filing of the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has in fact approached the City Civil Court and filed a Long Cause Suit No. 1709 of 2025, not only impugning the order dated 10 th ------------------------------------- Order dated 30th January 2026

February 2022 passed by Respondent No.2 which is the subject matter of challenge in the present Writ Petition but also seeking conveyance of the area that has been conveyed, pursuant to the order passed by Respondent No.2 in favour of Respondent No.1 - Society.

On being confronted with this, Mr. Kini, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

Considering this, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
