Heard Mr. Anilkumar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Peerzada, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1. 2.

In the present Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the Order dated 10th October 2023 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Mumbai below Application bearing Exhibit U-14 filed in Application (ICTU) No.3 of 2021. The said Application bearing Exhibit U-14 has been filed seeking amendment in the said Application (ICTU) No.3 of 2021. By the impugned Order, amendment Application

910-WP-2075-2024.doc filed by the Respondents has been allowed. By the amendment what is sought to be brought on record are the subsequent events. 3.

Accordingly, no intereference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is warranted in the impugned Order. 4.

However, it is clarified that the Petitioners can raise all contentions and objections in their written statement to the amended Application (ICTU) No.3 of 2021.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, subject to above clarification.
