Vide order dated 23rd August 2023 this Court had made interim order in the connected matter i.e. Writ Petition No.697 of 2024. When Writ Petition No. 697 of 2024 along with the present Writ Petition was listed for hearing before this Court on 6th May 2024, the said Writ Petition No.697 of 2024 was permitted to be withdrawn, however, the interim order granted in terms of order 12th June 2024

(NOB-1) WP-2083.24.DOCX dated 23rd August 2023 was continued till 12th June 2024 and the present Writ Petition was directed to be listed on 19th June 2024. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties point out that the said status quo order expires today. The learned counsel for the Petitioner therefore prays for continuation of the said interim relief till 19th June 2024 on which date the matter is posted for consideration. 4.

Accordingly, we extend the interim relief till 19th June 2024. List this Writ Petition for consideration on 19th June 2024 as already directed.
