Learned Advocate for Intervenor in Interim Application (L) No.29846 of 2023 submits that the intervenor has preferred PIL No.12834 of 2024 challenging the notification dated 15th March, 2024. Both the matters will have to be heard together. The Intervenor has forwarded the praecipe in the Registry, which is pending for the administrative direction before the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
