By the Administrative Order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, the Public Interest Litigation (L) No. 12834 of 2024 and Writ Petition No. 2144 of 2024 alongwith the Writ Petition No. 2703 of 2023, are placed before us for hearing. We have taken note of the statement made by the learned Advocate General that the admission process shall be kept on hold till 18.07.2024.
Since the learned Senior Counsel Mr. Dada appearing for CPS as well as the learned counsel Mr. Thorat appearing for the Petitioner in the Public Interest Litigation (L) No. 12834 of 2024, have expressed urgency and since we are conscious of the fact that the proceedings involved filling up of the posts, within the purview of Director of Medial

In the meantime, the respective counsel are requested to complete the pleadings, and in case, they are desirous of handing over any compilation, the same shall be exchanged in advance with a copy of the same being placed for perusal of the parties.

In any case the pleadings shall be completed before the next date of hearing and no adjournment shall be granted on that count.
