In continuation of the earlier order, the Union of India is ready with its affdavit and Mr.Rui Rodrigues along with Mr.Singh assures us that it will be fled during the course of the day and the copies thereof shall be furnished to the respective counsel.

The learned advocate Mr.Gole, representing the State of Maharashtra, states that no further affdavit is to be fled by the State. Mr.Gole appearing for the National Medical Counsel (NMC) has also fled an affdavit and since the College of Physician and Surgeon (CPS) has fled the rejoinder, he has instructions to fle a rejoinder, he has instructions to respond the same by fling an additional affdavit, which he is permitted to do on or before 25.10.2024.

With the clear indication that all the pleadings should be completed before 25.10.2024, as no further pleadings shall be permitted to be added to any of the proceedings, by consent of the respective parties, we direct listing of the group of Petitions on 21.11.2024, at 02:30 p.m. with an understanding that if necessary, the hearing shall be continued on day to day basis.
