Heard Mr. Gopalakrishnan, who appears with Mr. Ghadge for the Petitioner.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan states that there is an ombudsman constituted by the Reserve Bank of India to look into the nature of the disputes raised in this Petition. He states that he has no clear instructions whether any complaint has been made before such ombudsman. However, on instructions he states that if the complaint is not made, the same would be made within a period of four weeks from today. He requests that the learned ombudsman be directed to dispose of this complaint in accordance with law and on its own merits. Accordingly, we direct that if any complaint is filed before the
5-WP-2204-2024.DOCX ombudsman constituted by the Reserve Bank of India, then the ombudsman disposes of such complaint in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. Needless to add the ombudsman would have to give opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4. 3.
Based on the above order, Mr. Gopalakrishnan submits that this Petition may be disposed of. Accordingly this Petition is disposed of by issuing the above directions. All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
