77-wp-2346-2024.doc Mr. Suresh Kumar has also submitted that there is an alternate remedy of filing an Appeal which is available to the Petitioner. We will, on the next occasion, also consider the arguments of alternate remedy and we make it clear that we have not foreclosed the Department from canvassing the said contention.
