Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent no.2 have tendered Consent Minutes of the Order in terms of which they request the Court to dispose of the petition. The Consent Minutes of the Orders are signed by petitioner nos.1 to 16 as also by the authorized signatory/Proprietor of respondent no.2. They are also signed by the advocates for the parties. 2.
We have perused the Consent Minutes of the Order. There is no dispute on the signatures as made and the signatures are identified by learned advocates for the parties. 3.
We clarify that respondent no.5, who is the erstwhile developer, as also the MHADA are not signatories to the Consent Minutes of the Order, as it is a private arrangement between the petitioners and respondent no.2. 4.
The Consent Minutes of the Orders are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Minutes of the Order. No costs.
