ORDER :

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner after having argued the Petition and contending that the Petitioner is aggrieved in particular by the second paragraph of the operative Order by which her name has been removed from the property card inspite of the Petitioner being the owner of land admeasuring 166.41 1/2

908-wp-2396-2024.doc Sq. mtrs., which is undisputed, has sought leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty granted to the Petitioner to adjudicate her rights and contentions raised in the Writ Petition before the appropriate forum.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition No.2396 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.

The rights and contentions of the Petitioner and Respondents in the Writ Petition are kept open to be raised before the appropriate forum.

The proceedings preferred by the Petitioner pursuant to the liberty granted by this Order shall be decided by the appropriate forum on its own merits and in accordance with law. [ R.I. CHAGLA J. ] 2/2
