By order dated 26th November 2024, the office has been directed to verify whether this Writ Petition pertains to the Division Bench or a Single Bench.

Accordingly, office has filed report dated 28th November 2024 of Master & Assistant Prothonotary (Adm.), High Court, Bombay. It is stated in the said report that the Writ Petition pertains to Single Bench, however the same would lie on the Appellate Side of this Court.

Accordingly, Ms. Nikita Vardhan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to take steps to convert the Writ Petition filed on the Original Side to the Appellate Side. 4.
Mr. Vakil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Contempt Petition states that similar leave be granted to the Petitioner to convert the Contempt Petition filed on the Original Side to Appellate Side.

Accordingly, amendment be carried out on or before 10th December 2024.

Stand over to 13th December 2024.

Till next date, ad-interim relief granted earlier shall remain in operation.
