Learned counsel for the respondents states that they have already filed reply in the matter.

The ground raised in the case of Canon India Private Limited will however, no longer survive. However, Mr. Sanghavi contends that the show cause notices were issued in 2013 and there is no explanation for the inordinate delay in adjudication.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the reply is already filed and in any event, if no reply is filed, the same would be filed and served by 10 December 2024.
