The petitioner was protected by an interim order passed as far back as on 09/11/2023. Prayer clause (b) of the petition is for directing the respondents that they should not disturb the possession of the petitioner pending the decision of the Apex Grievance Redressal Committed ("AGRC", for short). Learned counsel for the respondent no.1-AGRC seeks some time to take
Ingale 15-wp-2533-24.odt instructions if the appeal is pending or disposed of. Since the appeal was filed as far back as in July 2023, the AGRC must have disposed of the appeal. In any case, we direct the AGRC to dispose of the appeal within a period of 4 weeks from 27/03/2026, if not already disposed of. Learned counsel for respondent no.5 assures that the copy of this order will be placed in the office of the AGRC. Apart from this, learned counsel for respondent no.1 also to inform the AGRC about this order.

It is made clear that if the appeal is already disposed of, the interim order would no longer survive. In any case, if the appeal is still pending, the same to be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks from 27/03/2026, in which case, the interim order passed by this Court earlier to continue for a period of 6 weeks from 27/03/2026 or till the decision on the appeal whichever is earlier. 4.
The petition is disposed of.
