Affidavit dated 25th July 2025 filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 is taken on record. Through this affidavit, the respondent nos.1 and 2 have brought on record the order of punishment awarded to the petitioner.

In view of the punishment awarded to the petitioner, the prayer to challenge the suspension has been rendered infructuous. The other prayers in this writ petition have also to a certain extent been diluted and would require amendment in this writ petition.

Therefore, with liberty to the petitioner who is represented through Ms. Vrushali Maindad, to file a fresh writ petition to challenge the order of punishment dated 5th December 2016 with the surviving prayers, the present writ petition stands` disposed. 1/2
