Respondent No. 3 is directed to file and serve an affidavit by 14th August 2024 giving full details of the status of the arrears. Learned counsel for the 3rd Respondent states that an amount of Rs. 6 crores has been deposited with the Slum Rehabilitation Authority ("SRA"). That, at least prima facie, is not sufficient, unless, the 3rd Respondent produces on record a chart concerning each of the tenants and the arrears payable to each of the tenants.
