On 9th August 2024 Mr Shakeeb Shaikh made a bold statement before this Court that the 3rd Respondent has deposited an amount of Rs. 6 crores with the SRA.

3.
Mr Shakeeb Shaikh states that the statement made by him on 9th August 2024 was made on instructions of in-house counsel of the 3rd Respondent. In the above circumstances, we are inclined to issue notice of contempt on the Managing Director of the 3rd Respondent. Mr Shakeeb Shaikh however submits that he does not know name of the Managing Director of the 3rd Respondent. 4.
Mr Shakeeb Shaikh agrees to tell us the name of the Managing Director of the 3rd Respondent by 26th August 2024. Accordingly, Registry to issue notice to the Managing Director of the 3rd Respondent to show us as to why action under the Contempt of Courts Act should not be taken against him because according to Mr Shakeeb Shaikh the statement made by him about payment of Rs. 6 crores to the SRA was based on instructions. 5.
List the matter on 26th August 2024 for directions. (Kamal Khata, J) (M.S. Sonak, J)
