Mr Shakeeb Shaikh learned Counsel for 3rd Respondent states that amount of Rs. 1,23,30,553/- is deposited by the 3rd Respondent without prejudice to its contention that no amount is

Accordingly, we direct the Assistant Registrar, SRA to examine this dispute and submit a report on this dispute within four weeks from today. The Petitioners and the 3rd Respondent should appear before the Assistant Registrar, SRA on 2nd September 2024 and file their respective versions. 3.

The Assistant Registrar, SRA should, after hearing the parties, make a report on or before 3rd October 2024.
