Reddy, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1-S.R.A. on instructions submitted that, Petitioner Nos.1 and 4 are only held to be eligible slum-dwellers and are entitled for the benefits in the redevelopment scheme of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Nagar Rahivashi Seva Sangh S.R.A. (proposed), Bharat Nagar, Bandra (East), Mumbai-51. That, Petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 5 are held to be ineligible and they are not entitled for any other benefits in the said scheme.

2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks leave 1/2
