The MIDC has changed the Counsel appearing in the present matter, who had also appeared in an identical matter in Writ Petition (L) No. 16585 of 2023 (Pratapsinh Kedar Patil VERSUS The Chief Exec Officer, MIDC and Others), which was decided by judgment dated 8th December, 2023. The same law is applicable in this case.

We record our displeasure and the manner in which, in a part heard matter, the MIDC has chosen to change the lawyer and seek an adjournment.
