Ms. Anjali Helekar, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that an affidavit as directed by this Court's order dated 7 May 2025 is filed. The affidavit did not disclose the policy of rehabilitation as directed in paragraph 2 of the said order and therefore even a further affidavit is ready and leave may be granted to file the same.

Accordingly, we grant leave to file the affidavit after serving advance copies to the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The affidavit will be filed in the course of the day.
