Mr. Saket Mone, learned counsel representing the petitioner has received instructions from Law Officer of Maharashtra Maritime Board, which is the petitioner in this writ petition, to withdraw the writ petition. Liberty has also been sought by the petitioner to file a fresh petition as and when such a necessity arises.
