The learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that the Petitioner, who was directed to clear the payments of Respondent No.2 in three stages, has cleared the first two portions of payment. The last installment of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) was to be paid today. However, the amount is not paid. He submits that a last chance may be granted to the Petitioner to make the payment.

With his consent, we are listing this matter on 12th June, 2026 in the urgent supplementary board, for recording compliance.

In the interregnum, since today was the date on which the last installment was to be paid, we expect the Petitioner to clear the payment prior to the next date.
