After this petition was heard for some time, Mr. Tajane, learned Counsel for the petitioners, and fairly so, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to an appropriate alternate remedy available under the law.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

At this stage Mr. Tajane submits that his client would file a fresh representation before an appropriate authority. If it is so filed, let the said representation be decided as expeditiously as possible and within six weeks from filing of the said representation. All contentions of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open.
