We have heard learned Senior Advocate Shri Walawalkar for the petitioners briefly. By an order dated 24/02/2025, this Court had put the parties to notice that the matter is likely to be disposed of finally at the admission stage. Though Shri Bandiwadekar has filed his appearance on behalf of the private respondents no. 3 to 11, today there is no appearance on their behalf. Affidavit in reply has been filed by the respondents.

It is made clear that if on the next date, there is no appearance on behalf of respondents no. 3 to 11, this Court will proceed to hear the matter on the basis of the pleadings on record as even the respondents no. 3 to 11 have filed affidavit in reply. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner to inform Shri Bandiwadekar the next date of hearing.
