1.
Leave to correct prayer clause (b). Correction be carried out forthwith.

2.
By a Judgment delivered on 17th July 2025, by this Court at the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No.2248/2023 (Vikrant S/o. Sudhakar Jugade & 2 Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Others) on identical set of facts, the Nagpur Bench, allowed the Petition and set aside the impugned seniority list dated 2nd January 2023. The same seniority list/impugned order is before this Court in the Petition.
3.
There is no dispute that the present Petition stands on identical footing with Writ Petition No.2248/2023.
4.
Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the Judgment dated 17th July 2025, delivered in Vikrant S. Jugade (supra), this Petition is also allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads as under:- b) to quash and set aside impugned Order bearing No.Ja.Kra.Pradhi/JyeSu/2022/6210/Pra.12 dated 20.12.2022 issued by Respondent No.1, subsequent order dated 02.01.2023 bearing No.Pradhi/Prmotion/2023/05/Pra.8 thereby promoting Respondent Nos. 3 to 11 to the post of Assistant (Class-3) and further be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to consider the representations of the Petitioners based on the internal notings dated 18.07.2022 of the Respondent No.1 and its officers;
5.
Needless to state, that if any of the Respondents in Vikrant S. Jugade (supra) approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court and if the view taken by 2/3
the Nagpur Bench is interfered with, the directions forthcoming in the said matter would squarely apply to this matter, as well. [GAUTAM A. ANKHAD, J.] [RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.] 3/3
