Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and

He states that as far as the Respondent No.2 is concerned, he is not the necessary party of the Writ Petition as it is the complete responsibility of the Respondent No.1 and the same is mentioned in Affidavit-in-Reply dated 23rd September 2024 filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 of Mr. Amish Rasiklal Kapadia, which has been tendered today.

Accordingly leave to delete the Respondent No. 2 is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with.
