Mr Pradeep Havnur, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions states that the Petitioner would be satisfied if relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Petition. 2.

Prayer clause (b) of the Petition reads as follows :- "b) That the Respondents be ordered and directed to consider the Petitioner's communications dated 30.08.2019 and 12.06.2023 by giving personal hearing, in time bound manner in the interest of justice."

Accordingly, we direct the BMC to consider Petitioner's representations dated 30th August 2019 and 12th June 2023 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event by 1st October 2024. The BMC must hear the Petitioner and pass a speaking order. This speaking order must be communicated to the Petitioner on or before 1st October 2024.

If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the BMC's decision, she would be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. All contentions of all parties are left open. 5.

This Petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order for costs. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
