In these Writ Petitions, the Petitioners have assailed the validity of the instructions dated 10th April 2023 issued by the Commissioner, Integrated Child Development Scheme for supply of Hot Cooked Meal to anganwadis.

The learned Addl. Govt. Pleader on instructions submits that the instructions dated 10th April 2023 issued which is subject matter of challenge in the instant Writ Petitions shall not be given effect to as the aforesaid instructions are being revised. It is further submitted that the action, if any, to grant the tender shall be taken in accordance with the revised instructions. 3.

The aforesaid submission is placed on record. The grievance of the Petitioners therefore does not survive for consideration. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions and the Interim Application are disposed of.
