Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
The Petitioner prays for the directions to Respondent No.4 - Corporation to take immediate action for demolition / removal of unauthorized illegal construction works in the said building viz. Fruitwala building situated at No.1 situated on the said plot of land bearing No.18 at Cannought Road Estates, Dadoji
Vina Khadpe 54.os.wp.3959.2025 Konddev Marg, Byculla East, Mumbai 400027, in accordance with show cause notices, all dated 21st May, 2022, under the provision of Sections 351, 352, 352A, 354A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Lease is not renewed on account of illegal construction.

The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation on instructions submitted that the notices have been issued to the persons responsible for unauthorized constructions which shall be taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions, the Petition is disposed of. Interim Application, if any, pending in this Petition, stands disposed of.
