By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent-authorities to remove the respondent No.3 from the post of Deputy Chief Engineer 1 of the respondent No.2, since the said respondent has continued beyond the deputation period. N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 on instructions states that the respondent No.3 has now been appointed as a permanent Deputy Chief Engineer of the respondent No.2-Slum Rehabilitation Authority, vide order dated 11th July 2024. Learned counsel has produced the appointment letter of the respondent No.3. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the present petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
