Mr. Kamat, learned counsel for the respondent states that the order challenged in the present petition is same as that is challenged in Writ Petition No.4820 of 2024 and by the same parties and therefore, although there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law.
