The present Writ Petition impugns an order dated 4th August 2022 passed by Respondent No.2 which rejects the Application for deemed conveyance preferred by the Petitioner-Society. 2.

Pursuant thereto, an order dated 3rd December 2025 has come to be passed in Suit No. 1889 of 1998. Considering this order, by consent of parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the following --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Order dated 30th January 2026

:: ORDER::

(i) The impugned order dated 4th August 2022 is hereby quashed and set aside.

(ii) The Respondent No.2 shall hear and decide Application No. 191 of 2021 afresh, considering the order dated 3rd December 2025. All rights and contentions of parties are kept open. (iii) There shall be no orders as to costs.
