Learned counsel for the Petitioners and Respondent no.4 developer on the backdrop of the previous hearings are before the Court to contend that consent terms dated 1st October 2025 are entered between their respective clients, in terms of which they state that the disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent no.4 stand resolved. The consent terms are signed by the Petitioners as also the authorized signatory of Respondent no.4 (Director Akhilesh Pandey). We are informed that Petitioner no.2 is present in the Court. The consent terms are also signed by the respective advocates. There is no dispute as to the signatures of the parties, which are identified by their respective advocates.
