It is clear from the order dated 16th March 2019 passed by the AGRC that the Petitioners were required to be paid in accordance with Circular No.153 as directed. Such order was required to be complied within three days from the date of the said order. We are in the year 2025. Till date the amounts as per the order passed by the AGRC are not paid. 2.

We would accordingly expect that the Respondent-Developer makes payment of the outstanding amounts to the Petitioners as per the directions of the AGRC alongwith appropriate interest on the said amount. 12 June 2025 Mugdha

For instructions to be taken on this we adjourn the proceedings. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Developer states that interim amounts, which although are not in accordance with the Circular, are being paid by cheque, drawn in favour of the Petitioners, which are being handed over to Advocates for the Petitioners in Court today. The Advocate for the Petitioners accepts the said amounts however without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners being pursued in the present proceedings. 5.
