Order in Writ Petition No. 1230 of 2024 :- 1.
Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has fairly stated that the balance amount which is due and payable to the petitioners which is approximately an amount of Rs.21 Lacs can be deposited by his client in the Court within a period of two weeks from today. Let the same be deposited so that we can pass further appropriate orders considering the contentions as urged on behalf of the parties. Accordingly let such amount be deposited.

In the meantime, respondent no.1 is directed not to create any third party 13 June 2025
905-WP 1230-24@906-WP 4992-24.DOC rights in any manner whatsoever and/or deal with any of the unsold flats in the project till such amount is deposited.

Order in Writ Petition No. 4992 of 2024 :- 4.
In this writ petition, the demand of the petitioners is for transit rent for which they have made repeated representations to the SRA, however, the petitioners have not approached in A.G.R.C. as the SRA itself has not taken any decision. According to the petitioners, the transit rent which is payable to the petitioners is about Rs.40,48,232/-. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 intends to take instructions. This writ petition accordingly be also adjourned to 26 June 2025 (H.O.B.).

The interim orders in regard to not creating third party rights passed in the aforesaid petition shall also govern in the present proceedings. 6.
