We had vide an order dated 13th June, 2025, noted as follows: " 4.
In this writ petition, the demand of the petitioners is for transit rent for which they have made repeated representation to the SRA, however, the petitioners have not approached in A.G.R.C. as the SRA itself has not taken any decision. According to the petitioners, the transit rent which is payable to the petitioners is about Rs.40,48,232/-. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 intends to take instructions. This writ petition accordingly be also adjourned to 26 June 2025 (H.O.B.)."

Today, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Developer has reported compliance in respect of the aforesaid order, insofar as the same pertains to Writ Petition No. 1230 of 2024.

Given the facts in both the Writ Petitions are virtually identical and concern the same developer, we also similarly direct the Respondent-Developer to deposit Ajit Pathrikar
11-WP-4992-2024.DOC the amount of Rs.40,48,232/-, stated to be outstanding as transit rent to the Petitioners in the aforesaid Writ Petition within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
