It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that within a period of two weeks from today, a fresh application in Form-I would be made before the Respondent No. 3 seeking correction in the date of birth of akn
908.WP.5043.2024 .doc the Petitioner. If such an application is made, the Respondent No.3 shall consider the same and take a decision thereon within a period of two weeks of receiving the application.

On the Respondent No. 3 permitting such correction, the Respondent No. 4 shall take further steps in the matter with regard to making necessary corrections by submitting Form No. 2. 3.
