1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe it appears that due to inadvertently in relationship and status of the Paratha Dhar. However, he is minor son as he is major and hence, petitioner to delete the word 'minor'. Praecipe is allowed. Submission is accepted.

2. Furthermore, Petitioner is also permitted to correct the share of legal heirs as per Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

3. It is also directed that original petitioner and petition which is uploaded on the portal must be same as per the Rule 10.5 of e-Filing Rules of the High Court of Bombay 2022. Hence, petitioner to ensure that mandate is complied with and produce the petition for perusal.
