1. Marital status of the deceased is wrongly mentioned as "widow" and same shall be mentioned as "Widower". Furthermore, petition is not signed by the petitioner. Upon perusal of the original petition, it appears that white ink has been applied at these places. Furthermore, full name of the deceased is not mentioned in the petition as in title of the petition it shows that "Shyama Prasad Dhar" and in the name of the petitioner it is mentioned as "Shyamaprasad" similarly in the death certificate of the deceased, it is mentioned as "Shyamaprasad Dhar" son of "Jatin Dhar". Hence, petitioner to verify the name of the deceased and take steps in this regard. Hence, adjourned.
