3. Later on Ld. Advocate for the petitioner tendered a praecipe to delete the names of heirs of the Shubhangi Kanade, who predeceased the deceased. In view of Section 8 read with schedule of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, praecipe is allowed.

4. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
