The petitioner stated about legal heirs of husband of the deceased as per Section 15

(1) (b) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (for short "HS Act"). However, this averment is incomplete as it is in respect of heirs of the husband mentioned upto Class-II entry -II of the schedule of the HS Act.

2. Hence, the petitioner to state legal heirs of husband who come under Class-II, entry (iii) to Class II entry (ix) as well as agnates and cognates as per Sec. 08 and 12 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 read with the Schedule of the said Act. Particularly, class-II heirs of the husband of the deceased.
