1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This Petition is filed by the Petitioner through Constituted Attorney of petitioner being legatee / beneficiary named under the last Will and Testament of deceased. Advocate is directed to comply with office objections, if any so raised within three weeks. Issue citation to the nonconsenting legal heirs and beneficiaries, if any. Issue Notice to the Collector. Petitioner to file identity proof of deceased and comply rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

Office is directed to issue General Citation/Specific Citation/Notice to non-consenting legal heirs within three weeks. Further, office to issue specific citation upon legal heirs of deceased viz. Rekha Narendra Ranchoddas and Manoj Narendra Ranchoddas.

Advocate for Petitioner to effect service of Citation as per rules and to file Affidavit of service within two weeks after issuance of Citation.

Administration Bond to be furnished within three weeks alongwith the name of Surety and address and proofs thereof. Also provide official translation of the Will.

Advocate to carry out corrections, if any, however, Advocate has to affix signature and date thereon. 6.

Office to verify that no Caveat or Cross Petition is pending.
