1. Read praecipe dated 01.04.2024 along with praecipe dated 19.03.2024. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. She submitted that petitioner no. 3 is using another name "Seeta" along with "Sheetal Suryaprakash Shettigar". Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted copies of aadhar card and pan card along with earlier praecipe. Upon going through the documents and upon considering the submission, it appears that petitioner no. 3's name is required to be corrected as suggested in the praecipe. Praecipe is allowed.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending and re-verify the same. Furthermore, petitioner to carryout the said amendment in throughout the petition and in administration bond as well as other documents including Notice to Collector.

3. Removed from the board.
