1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 26.06.204. He submitted that in para no. 1 of the order dated 26.04.2024, name of the petitioner no. 1 is written as Renu Singh Jamuval S/o Atul Singh Jamuval. However, her name is Renu Singh w/o Atul Singh and the said petitioner No. 1 is the widow of the deceased. However, in para no. 6, it is written as Petitioner no. 1 being son of the deceased. Hence, it may be corrected.

In order dated 26.04.2024, the paragraph No.

1 name of the petitioner no. 1 is corrected and it be read as "Renu Singh Jumuval W/o S/o Atul Singh Jamuval".

Furthermore, in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 26.04.2024, the petitioner No.1's relation with the deceased is also stands corrected as "Widow" instead of "Son".

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 26.04.2024 will remain as it is.
