Advocate for the petitioner submits that the name of the legal heir of the deceased is inadvertently mentioned as Sharmila Pradeep Mohite instead of Sharmila Pradeep Mohile in the petition. Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to carry out correction in the petition. Advocate for petitioner submits that reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. In view of the said correction in the order dated 5.04.2024 the correction is required to be carried out at para no. 5(c), 4th line and para 5(d) line no. 9 and line no. 15 where it has been mentioned the name as "Sharmila Pradeep Mohite" be read as Sharmila Pradeep Mohile".
