TP/122/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Manoj Mane, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Petitioners has filed Affidavit dated 13.01.2026 seeking extension of Succession Certificate. As per the said Affidavit, grant of Succession Certificate was issued on 13.05.2024.

2. After the grant was issued, the petitioner has now found certain debts and securities, which are stated at Exhibit - "B" to the said Affidavit. Petitioners therefore, seeks extension of Succession Certificate.

3. Petitioners have already paid the court fees of Rs.75,000/- in this petition. As per petition, deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by two sons who both are petitioners in the said petition. The present Affidavit dated 13.01.2026 is also signed by both the petitioners.

4. In view thereof, petitioners are granted liberty to carry out amendment in the petition as per the Affidavit dated 13.01.2026 and consequential amendments thereof. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment in the petition within twelve weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the amended petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

5. After the amendment is carried out in the petition by both the petitioners, office to issue extension of Succession Certificate in the present petition. 16.03.2026 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
