Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 26.06.2024 and submitted that, in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 25.04.2024, it is mentioned that the petitioner has filed administration bond. However, petitioner has not filed administration bond as petitioner is the sole legal heir.

2. The paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 25.04.2024 is corrected as "Petitioner being sole class one legal heir is exempted from filing has filed the administration Bond in prescribed form No. 118 with surety."

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 25.04.2024 will remain as it is.
